In short
- Kaleora collects no data. It connects to no server.
- No account, no ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking, no analytics. Kaleora includes no third-party analytics tool.
- What Kaleora remembers stays on your device, and you can erase all of it from the app.
On your device
So that you find your games again, Kaleora writes on the device, and nowhere else:
- your settings: language, reading comfort, speed, sounds, patterns, left-handed mode;
- the chosen profile: the Parlour, or the Workshop and its age band (3–5, 6–8 or 9–12) — never a name or a date of birth;
- the game in progress, so you can pick it up where you left off;
- the log of your games: the game, the level, the time, the date, and the mosaics they build;
- the photos you choose to turn into a jigsaw: Kaleora keeps a copy in its own folder. It only reads the photo you pick, never the rest of your library.
The daily challenge is drawn from the date, on the device: it needs no connection.
Erasing everything
In the app, Settings › What Kaleora remembers › Erase everything erases the settings, the profile, the game in progress, the log, its mosaics and the photos you brought. Uninstalling Kaleora erases them too.
Children
The Workshop, the children's space, never leaves the device: no data is sent from it, no purchase is possible in it, no link leads out of the app. A parental gate guards the way to the rest of Kaleora. Kaleora never asks for a child's exact age, nor for their name.
The stores
The App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store, through which you install Kaleora, keep their own download statistics, under their own privacy policies. Aplomb only receives totals from them, never your identity.
Your rights
As Kaleora holds no data about you, there is nothing to ask Aplomb for in order to access or erase it: everything is on your device, in your hands. For any question, write to contact@aplomb-apps.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
